(a)Sunlife gurgaon is still in its early years,.for an experienced guy company offers a lot. (b)Regular IJP Roll outs, (c)transport facility and meals.. (d)consider its employees an asset. (e)Balanced working environment.

Cons

(a)top management is screwed up. (b)managers pick selected employees for internal job postings. (c)politics and favoritism,biases is in the DNA of ASCI and is becoming hopeless as its growing. (d)regular instances of comliance issues, (e)work load.. and stretches to meet the targets is a big problem. (f)COST SAVINGS limits the scope of companys growth as well as of employees. (g)compensation is very less as in comparison to other bpo's.
