Online application including situational judgement test and competency/skill questions.
Insight morning included a talk from a senior manager and Q and A with current employees.
Assessment Centre included case study/role plat group activity and then an individual one-to-one interview.
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
