I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met Accenture through a college recruiter, they interviewed 49 of 115 applicants. First round was a simple behavioral with an executive, no surprise questions. After the first round, we had to complete an online personality quiz. Second round was a behavioral and a case. The behavioral was also pretty straightforward. The case was not what any of us were expecting. No numbers, no solutions, just talking through a business problem, but the case was very convoluted with several main issues and several sub-issues for each. Other than the case, one tip for the behaviorals is to make sure you know a lot about Accenture. Almost half of each interview was them asking what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to teach something to someone else.
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.
