I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Mar 2015
Interview
After submitting a personal letter, resumé and study certificate, I was invited to perform a one hour long internet test targeting logical thinking and analysis. Few days after, I was invited to an interview session that would take place a few weeks ahead. At the interview day, you spend the day between 8 - 12 to conduct three different interviews: general matching with Accenture, case study, and your personal fit for the role you've applied for. The interviews were one hour long, conducted in a professional matter, and three days after the interview, I got a phone call offering me full-time employment.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Jul 2025
Interview
The phone screening interview was conducted by an overseas recruiter who joined 30 minutes late. The conversation felt highly scripted, impersonal, and rigid, with little acknowledgment or meaningful engagement with my responses.
Multi stage process involving an initial application, Online Task based interview first round, in-person Business Strengths Interview and final Managing Director interview online. Interviewers were friendly and I felt that they wanted me to succeed.
