Accenture Consultant - Manager interview questions

I interviewed at Accenture, process was supposed to last 3 weeks and lasted 3 months for just 3 interviews, and no communication between each interview. I received very positive feedback after the last interview but apparently, they decided not to recruit anybody externally. Companies should be allowed to run this kind of bogus process wasting time, energy, and illusions of candidates. Really a bad experience.

I have done 3 steps, Hr and two partners. One-to-one interviews online. Feedback and calls by Hr person after each interview to schedule next step. Documents to be provided before offer phase. Offer presented in dedicated 4th session with hr only.
