I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in May 2019
Interview
1) technical round - it is telephonic round with questions on your technology and work it is average round ,one with good knowledge of their domain can clear this
2) face to face round - As said it is not face to face interview ,they took telephonic interview by connecting call to Banglore from Pune(Magarpatta) location I don't know why they told ur face to face and why even ask us to come their office
Anyway, this round last only 15 min for me,I was quite surprised and thought that may be my interview was a manager and not much technical person as he has not asked much technical questions
But in evening on that day ,I got mail that I am not selected ,so how can a person judge me in 15 min. Interview that too on telephonic, and if my technical is not good ,then why I have cleared 1st round which is technical !?
Actually, I think they don't have requirement such times and they just blindly take interviews and then reject candidates..Isn't it..!?
