Interview
First Round of Aptitude and English Proficiency. There is filtering done here. There is sectional cut off for each section. This is followed by a HR interview.
It was extensive and they tested if we are ready to stay independently on a campus and manage the pressure of training. A campus connect training program was also conducted by our university as advised by the company to prepare us better for the training. This included a mini project and tests.

Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
