I am sharing the experience of interview from my ICAI Campus. Firstly there was technical round, in which they asked very basic questions related to the CA field itself. Then came the HR Round, which cannot be called a proper HR Round. He just asked me about my location preferences and whether I would be able to accept my junior or contemporary fellow as a team leader in situations. That was all. And I was selected.
