Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale survey and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, data tracking, reporting, and ensuring the successful delivery of training programs and field surveys within defined timelines. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis, MIS reporting, and project monitoring. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute survey and training projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budgets.

Survey Management

• Design and manage field coordination and monitoring.
• Track survey completion status and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders for seamless survey execution.

Training Program Management

• Plan and organize training sessions,
• Maintain training calendars
• Ensure all training activities align with project objectives and organizational standards.

Data Management & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.

Required Qualifications

• Any degree

Experience

• 3 –7 years of experience managing survey, training, or development projects
• Experience working with government projects; research studies is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
