Pros
Healthy work-life balance; excellent team members and direct managers (on my team; I can't speak for other teams)
Cons
From what I've seen so far, CEO Gunjan Kedia has been a negative example of leadership at U.S. Bank. As many other Glassdoor reviews have accurately stated, she's made several comments that show not only a lack of empathy for employees, but an open disrespect toward them. She's also been very set on a return-to-office culture, which she feels will improve employee morale. This mandate is out of touch with how I feel and how many colleagues have shared that they also feel. Although my immediate team is very positive, the overall feel of the organization under Gunjan's leadership is very negative and toxic. I would discourage you from applying to open roles at USB, and, instead, encourage you to explore organizations with leaders who support and encourage you rather than disrespect you.
