Interview
The interview process was pretty relaxed. I applied online and they responded within a few days. Set up the call with the hiring manager. The Hiring Manager gave a borad overview of all profile and asked how my current profile would help in the role.
Initial application submission, 30 minute HR screening call, 1 hour interview with Hiring Manager, 2 Panel Interviews for 1 Hour each. All interviews were virtual with camera on. Approximately 2-3 week process.
Received an email saying rejected but also an email asking to complete a project on a quick timeline. Recruiter would not respond whether there was a mixup and only said they’d get back to me later. Did the project and then was rejected.
Made it to the last interview stage. Then got ghosted for months. They finally reached out saying someone else landed the role. I went through five stages of interviews just to hear back in this way. I was disheartened.
