I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Beware of the hiring biases being exhibited by their young foreign born interviewers. I had a first round coding interview. He picked the problem to be a hard one from leetcode. I still coded the problem completely online as I had practiced it before. and as he ran my code online, it produced the results expected. He even saved my code and results. Still, I get a vague response from their recruiter which completely contradicted my expectation that I had flawlessly passed their coding test. The junior interviewers are using their personal biases against age and race in violation of equal employment opportunities laws. Adobe seems to not have a fair, unbiased approach in their interviewing With other firms, when I have failed in some programming tests online, I could understand. But, in this case, I completed the program expected fully and it worked right there accurately
Something seems very wrong at Adobe! Glowing reviews by other people are likely planted by HR
