Key Responsibilities Data Assessment: Analyze legacy systems, source schemas, and target databases to define migration requirements and uncover potential data mapping issues. ETL Processes: Design, develop, and execute automated extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) scripts or workflows. Data Quality: Validate data integrity, ensure consistency, and clean corrupt or duplicate records before, during, and after migration. Testing & Debugging: Perform dry-run migrations to test mapping rules, verify error handling, and adjust strategies based on user acceptance testing (UAT).Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business rules into technical migration specifications.
