The Maintenance Jr. Engineer will be responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance operations within the automotive manufacturing facility. This role includes developing maintenance strategies, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment, and managing the maintenance team to maintain optimal production levels.
