Hiring: ServiceNow Lead – Delivery & Capability Development | Bhutan (GMC)

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow leader who goes beyond delivery—someone who can architect, build, and shape talent.

If you are a hands-on expert with 10+ years of overall experience (including 6–8 years deep in ServiceNow development and team leadership), this role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical excellence with capability building.

What you’ll drive:

• End-to-end technical leadership across ServiceNow engagements (ITSM, CSM, CMDB)
• Solution architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and platform governance
• Code quality, design standards, and scalable delivery frameworks
• Mentoring developers and coaching a new generation of ServiceNow talent
• Building and delivering a structured training program to make fresh talent client-ready
• Driving AI-led innovations within ServiceNow ecosystems

Who we’re looking for:

• A “senior fellow” profile—someone who can deliver, guide, and inspire
• Strong background as a Technical Lead / Architect / Senior Developer
• Proven ability to mentor and build high-performing teams
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise platforms is a strong plus

Location: Ghelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), Bhutan
Compensation: INR 2.0 – 3.5 Lakhs/month (flexible for the right candidate)
