Zoho Developer L2 – Job Description

Role Purpose

Zoho Developer L2 will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of solutions across the entire Zoho suite applications.

Core Technical Responsibilities

Customization and Development of solutions within Zoho suite applications (CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutIQ and other Zoho suite tools to meet specific business needs.

Deluge Scripting and Automation: Write and optimize complex Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance functionality.

System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and other web services.

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, map process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, as well as develop technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong expertise in Deluge scripting is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Certifications: Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer) is preferred.
