We are hiring Associate - Compliance and Reporting for our office situated in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance (Direct & Indirect)
- Manage all direct tax compliances including income tax returns, TDS and advance tax
- Oversee GST filings, reconciliations and ongoing compliance requirements
- Participate in litigations in relation to the aforementioned compliances
- Coordinate with external advisors and authorities for tax-related matters
2. Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including Companies Act, ROC filings and other regulatory obligations
- Ensure adherence to evolving tax regulations and assess impact on the business
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all compliance activities
3. Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
- Ensure accurate and real-time maintenance of books of accounts
- Track investments, liabilities and prepare periodic financial summaries
- Review MIS reports and provide actionable insights
- Provide data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making
4. Lifestyle Management Support for HNIs
- Ensure timely handling of commitments such as bill payments, documentation and other financial obligations
- Coordinate with bankers, wealth managers and external advisors
- Maintain strict confidentiality and high levels of discretion
5. Team Participation
- Work under supervision of qualified professionals and with other team members
- Review work outputs and ensure completeness, accuracy and presentation in all work
- Drive accountability and timely completion of deliverables
Preferred candidate profile:
- Qualified commerce graduates or post-graduates.
- Candidates with suitable work experience in CA firm or consulting company.
