Job Title: Growth Associate - Founders Office

Reporting to: Founder & CEO

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join the Founder's Office / CEO's Office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with startups, assisting founders in strategic initiatives, business growth, fundraising activities, and investor relations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or leadership teams in a startup environment.
• Exposure to fundraising activities, investor outreach, and investor relationship management.
• Ability to identify and connect with potential investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, business models, and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive key business initiatives independently.

Preferred Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, CEO's Office, Strategy, Business Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Startup Operations role.
• Experience supporting fundraising rounds, pitch deck preparation, financial analysis, and investor engagement.

This role offers an opportunity to work directly with the founder and contribute to the company's strategic growth and expansion.
