JOB SUMMARY
The Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, software support, IT infrastructure support, network connectivity monitoring, hardware support, CCTV monitoring assistance, system maintenance, user support, and coordination relating to centralized digital infrastructure and operational systems. The role ensures seamless operation of all digital systems supporting KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks across Delhi. Maintain professional behaviour, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with staff, officials, and beneficiaries at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to CMU, KSK Centres,
Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks
- Respond to technical queries and issues from field staff and CMU users
- Ensure minimum system downtime through proactive and reactive support
2. TROUBLESHOOTING
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
3. SOFTWARE SUPPORT
- Provide support for centralized software applications, dashboards, and MIS
- Assist users with login issues, data entry errors, and system access
- Coordinate with software vendors / NIC for bug fixes and updates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
