Three interview process, hr general, phone with potential manager, in person panel. Hr interview was standard, why would you leave current for this opportunity. Manager call was skills based and to the point. Panel was subjective based on specific panel. Overall not difficult, but oanel seemed to be reaching once all boxes were checked. Panel interview moved along and instead of turning into a discussion went to reaching for questions, which felt on the unprepared side.
