I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in February 2010.

Interview

1st day they took HR interview to check communication skill, and later they gave written test which consists of verbal ability, calculation ability and accounting knowledge. On the same day evening I got call from HR for operation manager round which was on next day.
Ops manager round was bit tough caz he was asking many questions on accounts and I was able to answer them all.. and on the same day evening again I got call from HR to collect Offer letter.

for me no negotiation, caz it was my first job and I was fresher so I accepted according to the industry norms

    Initially, the panel interview happened. Later 1:1 and one interviews was also conducted. The written test was simple. There was also a typing test which was mandatory. Basically, they will check your confidence level, attitude and few basic terminologies like SLA, TAT etc. The excel knowledge is a must because it will be used now and then to handle large databases. The interview experience was ok as the interviewers are very friendly and will make you comfortable during the process.

    The interview involved 3 rounds.
    The first round was with the HR of the company where you are supposed to share the basic introduction, last company details, and work profile.

    The second round involves interaction with the team leader of the process for which you are being hired, it consists of the basic intro, discussing present and past work profiles, talking about the work structure.

    The final round was with the manager of the process which was similar to the last round.
