I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Apr 2021
Interview
There were 3 rounds: 1. Online Test (Aptitude + Technical + Behavioural) 2. Technical Round (TR) 3. Final Round (HR). Online test was easy containing basic aptitude and code snippets. Then they shortlisted me for TR after 54 days of the Online test. TR was also very easy. TR took 20 minutes to complete. HR was also very easy and it took 20 minutes too. So, overall, if you crack an online test, placement becomes quite easy.
I got an interview invite after 54 days of the online test. TR & HR rounds were conducted on the same day with hardly 30 minutes difference between the two. And on the same day, I received an offer letter 6-7 hours later the HR round.
Suggestion: Try to explain your project with each and every detail with nicely compiled statements. As they will ask most of the questions related to the question.
