    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Ontario, CA (US)) in May 2016.

    Interview

Apply online and do some basic testing, if you pass that an HR person will call and ask basic questions, very easy, there are 1-2 subsequent interviews all over the phone. Its a long process that could be simplified. If offered a position you have to send them 3 pieces of ID one being you SIN card which is unheard of in my opinion. You then have to pass a background and criminal record check. They cover the costs. Be honest and you may get in if it does not relate to your job. Do not lie about education. They verify it.

    Interview

Short interview, asked about experience, typing skills, customer relations. Interviewed with team lead and HR rep. The interview was good, very short, as it was an entry level position. The typing test was able to be taken again until it was passed. Everyone in the process was pleasant.

    Interview Questions

    • There weren't any difficult questions asked. The questions were very rudimentary, and then I was brought in to check out the actual experience of answering phone calls and troubleshooting issues. The whole team was very open and knowledgable and allowed me to ask questions about the system.   Answer Question
