Qualification

B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.

Basic knowledge of cryptography, secure communication protocols, and embedded system security will be an added advantage.

Candidates with academic or project experience in SoC platforms, embedded system development, firmware programming, or IoT security are preferred. Embedded Systems, or related disciplines.

Job description
The Project Associate will support the design, development, and evaluation of secure cybersecurity detection and monitoring solutions based on modern Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operations Center (SOC) platforms. The role involves developing threat detection and log analysis pipelines, integrating security monitoring and incident response tools, customizing Linux-based security environments, implementing secure authentication and access control mechanisms, and assisting in testing, validation, and performance evaluation activities. The candidate will work closely with senior researchers and engineers to develop scalable cybersecurity solutions for enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware and IoT applications.

Develop and integrate secure communication mechanisms for embedded and connected devices.

Support hardware bring-up, device integration, and system-level debugging.

Perform functional, performance, and security testing of embedded systems.

Assist in vulnerability assessment and implementation of security best practices for embedded applications.

Develop software tools and automation scripts for testing, monitoring, and data analysis.

Collect, analyze, and document experimental results and prepare technical reports.

Assist in literature surveys, technology evaluation, and prototype development.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support research, development, and technology demonstrations.

Stay updated with emerging trends in embedded systems, IoT, cyber security, and secure software development.
