Job Requirements*

 8 to 15+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
 Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails including MVC architecture, ActiveRecord, and service-oriented design.
 Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API
development.
 Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular).
 Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
 Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment workflows.
 Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization skills.
 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities*

 Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and Node.js.
 Design and implement scalable REST APIs and backend services.
 Build and improve UI components using JavaScript/React/Angular.
 Integrate databases, perform schema design, and optimize query performance.
 Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and bestpractices.
 Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
 Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
