The Manager – Project / Program Delivery is responsible for end-to-end implementation of IT and digital solutions for internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing project execution, operations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across global teams while ensuring successful delivery across the entire project lifecycle.
The role requires strong leadership in program execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance, while operating in both agile and waterfall environments. The individual will act as a key point of contact for project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between business and IT teams and driving delivery excellence in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software delivery, program management, or IT consulting roles
- At least 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT/Digital programs
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle delivery from concept to deployment across greenfield and brownfield projects
- Strong expertise in project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP, or APMP
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of business analysis and design thinking frameworks
- Experience managing vendors, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working in IT consulting or technology services environments
- Exposure to cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
- Experience working with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in digital transformation or analytics-driven programs
