We are looking for a Project Manager - Operations who can own delivery, structure, and communication across website, branding, and performance-linked projects. This role requires someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable managing cross-functional creative and technical teams.
You will work closely with Web Experience Leads, designers, and developers to convert briefs into actionable task plans, coordinate day-to-day execution, ensure timelines are met, and maintain quality standards. A strong understanding of website project workflows (Shopify, informational websites, or Framer) is a major advantage.
The ideal candidate thinks in systems, solves problems before they escalate, and brings both operational discipline and creative adaptability to the table.
Break down all incoming briefs into clear task lists, ownership, and timelines.
Structure sprints, track progress, and ensure work moves smoothly through each stage.
Maintain updated project trackers, communication logs, and delivery dashboards.
Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment before they reach clients.
Manage Web Experience Leads and Developers, ensuring clarity of tasks and priorities.
Align design, content, and development teams in a unified workflow.
Identify project blockers early and resolve them proactively.
Ensure every project is progressing according to plan with no timeline surprises.
Own day-to-day client coordination, follow-ups, reporting, and expectation setting.
Present work, gather feedback, and streamline revisions meaningfully.
Enforce timelines, scope boundaries, and internal processes with professionalism.
Take Business Development (BD) calls when required to support the sales pipeline.
Assist in writing website copy or campaign copy when needed.
Create content, art direction, or mockups using AI tools and work with designers to refine output.
Use AI for task structuring, documentation, and quality improvement.
Build operational systems that improve speed, predictability, and quality of work.
Drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs across design, tech, and strategy teams.
Introduce new tools, automations, and smarter workflows to improve productivity
Maintain documentation and process updates for the department.
3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or account management (agency experience preferred).
Good understanding of website project workflows (Shopify, custom dev, Framer, UI/UX).
Ability to manage creative and technical teams simultaneously.
Strong communication, client handling, and expectation management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalents).
Ability to write clear copy and guide content direction.
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, project breakdowns, and research.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects with structured planning and zero misses.
Direct experience managing Shopify, e-commerce, or product build projects.
Familiarity with UI/UX processes, creative workflows, or development cycles.
Understanding of website performance metrics, SEO basics, or CRO.
Prior experience working with designers and developers in an agency setting.
