Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Validate native functionalities of dealer portal applications.
• Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking data against database records.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different modules.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and resolve defects.
• Perform regression, integration, End to End and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Xray.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines
• Proactively identify areas for quality improvement and work with QA chapter to mitigate the risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning (strong manual testing experience) and execution.
• Experience in testing APIs, integrations, and web-based applications.
• Proficiency in SQL (basic queries, joins, data validation).
• Good to have hands-on experience with Java/Typescript-based automation testing (Playwright), Postman and Jmeter.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, Xray.
• Excellent communication skills.
