Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source, screen, and conduct interviews for potential candidates.
• Coordinate and finalize hiring decisions.
• Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively.
• Monitor payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support organizational growth through effective HR practices and people management.

Requirements

• MBA / PGDM in HR or a related discipline.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
