Position description:
Responsible for overseeing frontline operations, including leading the calling team, ensuring high-accuracy ticket resolution within defined TATs, and managing partner and customer escalations. Acts as the primary point of contact for critical cases such as goods damage and missing items, while driving effective surge management and city-level communications to ensure seamless operational execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide office support and act as the Team Lead for the calling team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Manage ticketing with high accuracy, adhering to 24-hour and 48-hour TAT compliance Handle escalations from partners and customers, including walk-in cases, with timely resolution Act as the first point of contact for goods damage and missing cases, ensuring proper coordination and closure Lead surge management initiatives and drive city-level communication effectively
