I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
Pretty laid back met with 2 team members they went over a description of the position asked me why Dell, Why Sales, what I had to offer, my experience, how I handle rejection in sales situation. Easy going very comfortable. It's a semi entry position and they have a very in-depth training process so for a level I position not knowing much about tech sales will not be a down fall as they want to be able to train and mold you to their ways of sales and technology.
