I found the posting on indeed.com which pointed to Dell's site. I applied and was contacted via phone by a recruiter, and then asked to fill out an application online. The interview was scheduled within a week.
It started with the Director giving information about the group and direction, then followed up with the hiring manager, followed by the lead\supervisor and finally two peer level employees.
Everyone except the director had a set of behavioral questions "Tell me a time when you had a difficult time on a project...", "Tell me how you handle learning something new in a rapid environment..." etc...
It was pretty open and easy. I think my salary requirements and\or their desire for a slightly different skill set were the primary reasons I did not get an offer.
