Position: Customer Support Executive (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Customer Support Executive to join our team at The School of Foreign Languages – Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping students by answering their queries and guiding them about our foreign language programs.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication experience for anyone interested in our courses.

Training will be provided by our team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide accurate information about our foreign language courses, schedules, and admission process.
• Guide prospective students and resolve their queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain records of inquiries and student interactions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when necessary.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive student experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass (pursuing graduation preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools.
• Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

₹25,000 per month
