We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Associate NOC Support Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring enterprise applications, servers, and network infrastructure, responding to alerts, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring service availability in line with SLA commitments. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in technical support, infrastructure monitoring, and IT operations.

Qualification: BCA / Graduate in Computer Science or related field
Key Responsibilities
Monitor applications, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Analyze alerts and incidents generated by monitoring tools and take appropriate action.
Take ownership of Level-1 support incidents and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to relevant support teams when required.
Coordinate with Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Support teams to resolve technical incidents.
Maintain accurate incident logs, documentation, and operational records.
Create and update troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Generate operational reports and communicate service status updates to stakeholders.
Support 24x7 monitoring operations through rotational shift schedules.
Ensure adherence to operational processes, service standards, and escalation procedures.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of server, network, and application monitoring concepts.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with MS SQL Server and SQL query writing.
Understanding of web server technologies and enterprise applications.
Knowledge of ticketing and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Remedy, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to application support or IT operations environments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Familiarity with service management frameworks and SLA-based support models.
Basic understanding of databases, networking, and server administration.
Experience with enterprise software support environments is an advantage.
