About Position:

We are looking for a SharePoint Enduser Trainer to drive user adoption and capability building as part of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing and delivering structured training programs, ensuring end users effectively leverage collaboration and document management platforms. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology rollout and business adoption, enabling seamless user transition. Work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to align training outcomes with program goals

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs aligned to SharePoint and M365 deployments
• Ensures effective knowledge transfer, user readiness, and adoption success
• Supports enterprise transformation programs through training governance, content design, and delivery excellence
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enable a scalable learning framework

Expertise You'll Bring:

Training Design & Development

• Design role-based training programs for end users, power users, and admins
• Develop training content, user guides, walkthroughs, and learning materials
• Create structured learning paths and training roadmaps aligned to business scenarios
• Ensure content is updated based on platform changes and feedback

Training Delivery & Adoption

• Conduct instructor-led sessions (virtual/classroom), workshops, and demos
• Deliver hands-on training for SharePoint Online and M365 tools
• Drive user adoption initiatives and change management activities
• Support Train-the-Trainer models for scaled rollout

Training Needs Analysis

• Conduct training needs assessments through stakeholder discussions, surveys, and usage insights
• Identify skill gaps and adoption challenges across user groups
• Recommend targeted training solutions to improve platform utilization

LMS & Learning Operations

• Manage and track training using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Monitor training participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics
• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification tracking

Evaluation & Feedback

• Collect and analyze participant feedback and training effectiveness
• Continuously improve content, delivery format, and engagement methods
• Share insights with stakeholders to enhance adoption strategies

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards
• Standardize training practices, templates, and delivery frameworks
• Support audit readiness through proper documentation and reporting

Collaboration & Program Support

• Participate in planning, design, testing, and rollout phases
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders for content validation
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and change communication
