The Senior Engineer of TBS will act as a primary catalyst for operational excellence, specifically supporting lean initiatives across our transactional processes. Responsibilities
Kaizen & Transactional Process Improvement (TPI):
Support strategic planning, facilitation, and execution of transactional process improvement (TPI) Kaizen events.
Monitor post-event progress, proactively identifying and escalating deviations to ensure sustained results.
Mentor and handhold cross-functional Kaizen teams, coaching them effectively on TBS tools and techniques.
Support organizational problem solving using A3 methodology.
Enhance daily management and problem solving at transactional processes.
TBS Governance & Global Deployment:
Drive and support the standardized deployment of the Texmo Business System across global locations.
Maintain TBS standards and processes as per the defined structure and place accessible easily and update on regular intervals.
TBS-QMS Integration:
Bridge the gap between continuous improvement and quality assurance by accurately translating TBS documents and processes into Quality Management System (QMS) language.
Upkeep the document master and ensure rigorous version control across all platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications & Expertise:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience focused on continuous improvement, TPI processes, and QMS.
Technical Proficiencies:
Expert-level knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management lifecycles.
Strong proficiency in advanced process mapping techniques, specifically Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Makigami.
Practical, hands-on experience utilizing statistical analysis software such as Minitab and JMP.
High proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Behavioral Competencies:
Exceptional facilitative and influencing skills, with a proven ability to lead and drive change within a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
