Very long and tedious process.
First round is cv screening as all jobs which is completely fine.
Second is video interview call. I interviewed with a guy in Texas, the interview went great and the guy was so nice but there was certain technical issues which were hindering the interview so it wasn't ideal.
The third round was an assessment test conducted online for a limited time. This was done to see the level the candidate was at and how to deal with time pressures which went completely fine.
The final round was an onsite interview which consisted of 3 phases, a team, a competency and a technical.
The team one was fine as you just had to work together to list survival tasks.
The competency one was based on college projects and previous work employment which was also fine, you would be grilled in this interview but it is fine and you must answer all questions using star analogy.
The technical interview is the toughest, you're really expected to know theory on this. This is really the part that will set you up for this job or see you fall at the last hurdle.
