Job Description
As a Global Commercial Operations Manager – Market Access, you will lead commercial operations for our Market Access teams, helping drive the adoption of global capabilities across regions while balancing the need for standardization with regional flexibility. You will play a key role in enabling effective planning, execution, and performance visibility across the organization by establishing consistent operating models that improve efficiency and support growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Commercial Operations Centers of Excellence (Sales Planning, Enablement, and Reporting & Analytics), to deliver standardized tools, capabilities, and insights. Through these partnerships, you will support Market Access growth across distributors, system integrators, and machine builders.
You will be part of the Global Commercial Operations team, collaborating with regional Market Access leaders and cross-functional partners worldwide.
You will report to Global Commercial Operations Manager, Global Industry & Global Market Access.
Your Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations for Market Access
- Serves as the primary commercial operations lead for Regional Market Access teams.
- Partners with Market Access leadership to operationalize growth strategies and execution priorities.
- Defines operational requirements needed to support regional partner-led growth models.
- Ensure Market Access teams have effective planning frameworks, execution tools, and performance visibility.
- Leverages Global Commercial Operations COEs to design and deliver planning, enablement, and reporting capabilities required by Market Access.
- Translates Market Access operational needs into scalable, COE-aligned solutions.
- Ensures COE outputs are fit-for-purpose, adopted by regions, and delivering intended outcomes.
- Drives standardization where it improves effectiveness and scalability; supports justified regional variation.
Partner Program Alignment
- Leads operational alignment of partner programs for Market Access in coordination with the Program Effectiveness team.
- Ensure programs are executable within Market Access planning, enablement, and reporting workflows.
- Provides feedback and recommendations on program effectiveness based on regional execution and results.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
- Supports go-to-market evolution, channel changes, and partner model development from an operational perspective.
- Acts as the Market Access operations voice in cross-functional forums and transformation projects.
- Supports transformation initiatives impacting Market Access execution.
- Identifies and resolves operational friction across Market Access regions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business acumen preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or a related strategic role; experience in market access or partner operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales channels (distributors, system integrators, OEMs/machine builders).

- Proven ability to balance strategic intent with operational execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with change management frameworks and driving adoption across global teams.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a track record of working effectively across matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Anaplan, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) or continuous improvement experience is a strong advantage
