Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, FreeBSD, etc.) and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.

Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.

Maintain and optimize Linux services such as Apache/Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Samba, and LDAP.

Implement and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, or KVM).

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, or Python for system administration and configuration management.

Ensure system security through patching, hardening, and compliance with security best practices.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources to maintain uptime.

Work with networking teams to manage firewalls, VPNs, and routing in mixed OS environments.

Participate in disaster recovery and backup planning for business continuity.

Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, FreeBSD) and Windows Server environments.

Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation.

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox, KVM, or Hyper-V).

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Experience managing directory services (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, or FreeIPA).

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
