Job Summary

IIO Technologies is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Electronics Engineers to design,

develop, test, and validate electronic hardware for advanced defense and aerospace applications.

The role requires expertise in circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, and

electronic system validation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and validate analog and digital electronic circuits and systems.

2. Develop hardware architecture and select suitable electronic components.

3. Perform feasibility studies and evaluate design concepts for performance, reliability, and

manufacturability.

4. Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and system engineering teams.

5. Design schematics and multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer or Cadence.

6. Ensure PCB designs comply with DFM, EMC, and industry standards.

7. Build prototypes and conduct hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation.

8. Analyze test results and implement design improvements.

9. Prepare design documents, test procedures, technical reports, and engineering change

documentation.

10. Support product qualification, production, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).

• 3–6 years of electronics hardware design experience.

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.

• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer/Cadence.

• Experience with PCB layout, multilayer boards, and DFM.

• Knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and FPGA-based systems.

• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of EMC/EMI, electrical safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Working knowledge of I²C, SPI, UART, and DMA.

Preferred Experience

• Defense, Aerospace, Avionics, or Mission-Critical Electronics.

• Hardware validation, environmental qualification, and reliability testing.

• Embedded firmware interaction with hardware.
