Position

Full Stack Development Intern

Location: Remote

Internship Duration: 45 Days

Working Hours: Flexible (20–40 hours per week)

Internship Type: Performance-Based

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with team members using Git and GitHub.
• Participate in project discussions, daily updates, and code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Learn and implement modern web development practices.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Contribute ideas to improve products and development workflows.

Required SkillsMust Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with responsive web design.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Performance Evaluation

Interns will be evaluated throughout the internship based on:

• Task completion and consistency

• Overall contribution to assigned projects

Stipend

This is a performance-based internship.

A stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 may be awarded at the successful completion of the internship to eligible interns based on:

• Overall performance
• Project contributions
• Evaluation scores
• Professional conduct
• Attendance
• Company requirements and internship outcomes

The stipend is not guaranteed for every intern and is awarded only to candidates who successfully complete the internship and meet the company's performance criteria.
