Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Product Owner (PO) is a senior technical product professional within the Product Management organization. This role acts as the primary bridge between Product and Project delivery teams.
The PO must understand the DNO BSS product in depth including architecture, features, APIs, extension points, and implementation patterns, and guide project teams in designing scalable,product aligned customer solutions.
The role also includes analyzing project designs and production issues, identifying root causes, and feeding structured product improvement proposals back to Product Management to strengthen the product over time.
Develop deep expertise in the DNO BSS stack (architecture, APIs, data model, extensibility mechanisms).
Help project teams in implementing customer solutions in alignment with product capabilities and upcoming roadmap features.
Review and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with product architecture.
Support projects in choosing configuration vs customization approaches.
Analyze production issues and recurring delivery challenges.
Break down complex technical problems into structured root causes.
Propose product improvements based on implementation feedback.
Contribute to backlog refinement, user story definition, and sprint planning.
Maintain clear documentation of designs, decisions, and implementation patterns.
Support high-level end-to-end test case design and validation scenarios.
Understand customer end-to-end journey requirements and collaborate with UX Design teams to translate them into product aligned journey designs.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 (up to 15) years in enterprise software projects in roles such as:
Solution Architect
Software Developer
Product Owner
System Integrator
Participation in at least one large scale product based project involving customizations
and integrations.
