ABOUT US

Creya Learning (Est. 2011) is a pioneer in setting up STEAM Labs, Design Studios & Maker Spaces, and is present in schools across India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait. Creya XEL is our in-school program that has delivered 5+ Million Sessions to about 500,000+ students helping them apply design and technology to solve real-world problems, discover their passion and purpose, and find the means to achieve it.

Apart from a strong grounding in Design Thinking, we equip students in schools with the means to acquire technology skills across a range of technologies, including AI, Engineering Design to IoT & Robotics to Maker tools like CNC Routers, Laser Cutters & 3D Printers. We work with schools from CBSE/ICSE to IB/IGCSE as well.

THE ROLE : INNOVATION COACH – EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGER

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven go-getter who shares our belief in the power of design and prototyping as a means to innovation. For this role, you will be dedicated to running the innovation initiatives at a leading school in Kadapa . You will be responsible for delivering the STEM and Maker sessions to students so that they build technology and thinking skills. You will be working with the leadership of the school and Creya to ensure that the vision for the state-of-the-art STEM Lab & Maker Space is realized. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role independently driving the Creya program at the school.

Beyond the academic year, you will also be part of the Creya Summer and Winter programs that happen at other locations like Hyderabad and other cities. You will be exposed to multiple forums of innovation, the hallmark of being part of Team Creya.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver all Creya sessions for students at the school in Kadapa
• Follow the Creya curriculum, tools, technologies, pedagogy, and implementation process
• Equip students with hands-on proficiency in technologies such as: Robotics, IoT, Engineering Design, 3D Printing, App Dev and AI
• Ensure students understand and apply frameworks such as Design Thinking
• Engage with school leadership team, teachers, and students — managing expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships
• Anticipate and independently resolve operational challenges on the ground
• Report on program progress and student outcomes to the reporting manager at Creya team
• Collaborate with the Curriculum Team on product improvement
• Delivery Creya Beyond school programs during the summer break in locations beyond Kadapa

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A self-motivated individual who can drive results without close supervision
• Strong ability to take initiative, problem-solve independently, and follow through
• Excellent communication skills — spoken and written — for engaging with school students
• A Bachelor's / master’s degree in science, Engineering, Technology, or Design
• Relevant work experience of 1 – 2 years is desirable but not mandatory
• Genuine interest in 21st Century Skills, STEM education, Design & Innovation
