About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Manual Tester Intern to join our quality assurance team and help us ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and verifying fixes across development cycles.

This internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and eager to learn manual testing, test case writing, bug reporting, and SDLC/STLC practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Understand product requirements and create test plans and test cases.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or Excel.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure functionality and usability.
• Conduct regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Validate fixes and perform retesting after updates or bug resolutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of test results and observations.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of software testing principles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering bug-free experiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like Jira, Bugzilla, TestLink, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX standards and web/mobile testing tools.
• Interest in learning automation in the future (Selenium, Postman, etc.).
