Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Document Ingestion Process related to policy submissions. In this role, you will analyse data from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights, support the Product Owner in implementing enhancements, and document requirements in Jira. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to convey findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Overall relevant work experience of 10 to 15 years.
• Experience and Knowledge in working with P& C Insurance
• Well versed in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office tools , etc.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to effectively communicate insights and findings.
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management software for efficient writing of requirements and tracking progress.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to determine and expertly communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
