We are seeking an experiencedPower BI Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of BI developers and analysts, drive data visualization best practices, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Power BI development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of dashboards and reports.
• Define and implement Power BI governance, security, and data management standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design and oversee scalable data models, semantic models, and reporting architectures.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data visualization best practices.
• Monitor and optimize Power BI performance, capacity, and usage.
• Manage Power BI Service administration, workspace governance, and access controls.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting solutions.
• Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
• Work closely with data engineering, IT, and business teams to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
