Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic business development initiatives and drive revenue growth across our key business verticals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong industry relationships, exceptional client acquisition capabilities, and proven experience in selling construction, engineering, consultancy, and maintenance services to B2B, Corporate, HNI, and NRI clientele.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in Civil Construction, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Engineering Services.
• Generate high-value leads through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and market intelligence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Clients, Industrial Establishments, Architects, Consultants, Developers, Facility Management Companies, and HNI/NRI clients.
• Build and expand the company's presence across Maharashtra, Vidarbha, and Central India.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for preparation of techno-commercial proposals and project estimations.
• Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall organizational growth.

Relationship Management

• Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat and referral business.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Market Intelligence & Brand Development

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, networking events, and business associations.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives to enhance market visibility and brand positioning.

Desired Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements

✔ Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, PMC, or Infrastructure sectors.

✔ Demonstrated success in selling one or more of the following services:

• Civil Construction Services
• Turnkey Contracting
• Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
• Engineering Consultancy Services
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

✔ Strong network and relationship base within:

• Corporate & Industrial Sector
• Real Estate & Infrastructure Industry
• Hospitality Sector
• Architects & Consultants
• HNI & NRI Client Segment

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

✔ Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA (Marketing/Business Development) will be preferred.
