Job Description:

• Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, network, security and application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, backups (local & cloud), firewalls, antivirus, Wi-Fi, CCTV and network connectivity.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation such as daily activity logs, asset inventory, license expiry logs, and spare parts records.
• Handle procurement activities including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, negotiation, and invoice submission.
• Administer and support business applications such as Koops App, biometric systems, email systems, and Nice Label, including testing and vendor coordination.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, backups and compliance across all IT assets and applications.
• Support internal teams on IT-related projects and new technology implementations.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to plant employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware setup, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades.
• Manage software installation, updates, patches, and license compliance.
• Support implementation and rollout of new IT systems, applications and technology initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and network devices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance.
• Assist in ERP, production software, and manufacturing system support.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Train users on IT systems and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.

Education: BE / BTech / BSc in Computer Science or IT

Experience: 1-4 Years, with good Technical knowledge, should know basics of IT support, programming and hardware.

Location: Virar (Company Bus Service is available from Virar Railway station to Factory)
