Ecolab Digital Center Bangalore is seeking a Kinaxis Maestro Developer to be part of the Product implementation and support team for Advance Planning Solution. In this role you will work with architecture, business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build and configure applications to meet application requirements, business objectives, and project goals.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and participate in analyzing business needs, translating them into application requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and guiding the functional design approval process.

Design, build, and configure Advanced Planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro applications i.e., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, DRP, and MEIO.

Participate in detailed business requirements discovery and design sessions to develop integrations using Kinaxis Maestro.

As part of the APS Technical Support team, troubleshoot and resolve medium-to-complex configuration and technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure system availability within support SLAs.

Triage issues with cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA, ADF, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Network teams.

Participate in a daily scrum meeting to provide clear and concise updates on all assigned tickets/enhancements/projects.

Support integration configuration, including data mapping, loading, transformation, and validation, as well as data management, validation, and solution testing activities.

Serve as a senior support team member for critical functions after production deployment.

Manage incidents, including error monitoring and internal and external triage.

Perform standard service management activities, including security administration and application configuration.

Manage operational activities, including performance monitoring, database connectivity monitoring, and data reprocessing.

Support knowledge management, user training, and functional support by resolving user errors, improving processes, and documenting knowledge base articles.

Work with Kinaxis to resolve critical incidents affecting the Maestro production system.

Work within onsite and offshore delivery model environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a global ERP, supply chain systems, or IT environment.
-
Must have 4+ years hands on implementation role developing solutions, configuration, testing, support, administration, and development within Kinaxis Maestro applications for enterprise organizations.

Must have worked on at least 1 end-to-end Kinaxis implementation project in a large and complex environment.

Must have Kinaxis certifications i.e., Maestro Author Level 1, 2, Integration.

Prior experience with ERP integration preferably in SAP environment.

Experience working in development teams to test and deliver the solution.

Experience with deep functional / domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, and documentation

Work well in a team environment and can work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 2 prior implementation projects / support on Kinaxis Maestro APS.

Domain experience in Supply Chain industry or Knowledge of supply chain planning processes

Trained or certified in advanced Kinaxis Maestro certifications (i.e. Maestro Author Level 3, Admin, etc. )
