The SSM/SSOM governs site security operations, assures compliance, manages performance, and supports the Site Security Head in audits, risk assessments, investigations, and improvement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Governance & standardization: maintain SOPs, post orders, escalation matrix and training content; ensure standard reporting.

Compliance & audit: conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews; lead internal audits and support external audits

Risk management: perform vulnerability reviews; recommend mitigations for IT-specific risks (after-hours access, asset loss, insider threat physical factors)

Training & capability: manage training plan and tracker; run drills; coach SSIs and supervisors

Incident investigation: lead/assist investigations; prepare RCA and CAPA; maintain incident metrics and trend dashboards.

Stakeholder support: coordinate with Facilities/HR/EHS/IT/InfoSec; support events and escalations; liaise with authorities per protocol.

Training & Drill Report (plan vs completion, outcomes, improvement actions).
